The Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the wireless segments of the network. This is a unique opportunity to design and deploy cutting edge wireless technologies to provide high-speed internet to rural customers. The candidate must have extensive knowledge and understanding of radio frequency propagation, interference, and modulation. They should sustain awareness of available wireless technologies and advise on how they should be implemented to solve operational challenges.
Field Service Technician
This position is for a motivated person who wants to introduce new customers to Alyrica as they install fixed wireless and Fiber Optic internet systems at their home or business. Install technicians at Alyrica are great at analyzing situations to setup our customers with the best internet service.
Field Support Technician
The Field Support Technician is the front-line of Alyrica to our customers, providing service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers may be experiencing accurately and efficiently. A great Field Support Tech is a person who is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively as well as being a great problem solver.
This Project Technician works on special projects from apartment complexes, to enterprise wifi systesm, to custom DIA links for enterprise customers. Being able to be a self-starter, have a great attitude and work will with the customer is vital to this role.
Technical Support Representative (TSR)
The Technical Service Representative, or TSR, is the front-line of Alyrica to our customers, providing service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may be experiencing accurately and efficiently. A great TSR is a person who is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively as well as being a great problem solver. TSR’s are able to see the customer’s point of view and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
