All previous JohnCo customers have been given access to the Alyrica Payment Portal. Check your email for information about gaining access to your account. In our portal, you will have the ability to set up autopay or manually make payments each month.
Here at Alyrica Networks, we pride ourselves in having the best customer service in all of telecommunications. This means that you are now supported by our committed team with 24/7 support to make sure that you have internet when you need it.
Your plan will not change! You will maintain the same service for the same price as you previously did under JohnCo. Once all JohnCo Customers have been migrated, you will have access to the additional plans and services that Alyrica has to offer.
