How does this affect me?
To allow for the smoothest transition possible for our new customers, we will be supporting JohnCo’s Payment Portal for a limited time. Customers can access the old payment portal by clicking below. Eventually, all of the JohnCo customers will be moved into Alyrica’s Payment Portal.
Here at Alyrica Networks, we pride ourselves in having the best customer service in all of telecommunications. This means that you are now supported by our committed team with 24/7 support to make sure that you have internet when you need it.
Your plan will not change! You will maintain the same service for the same price as you previously did under JohnCo. Once all JohnCo Customers have been migrated, you will have access to the additional plans and services that Alyrica has to offer.
